| International Securities Market Association (ISMA) |

Die International Securities Market Association (ISMA) ist der ehemalige internationale Branchenverband der Wertpapierhändler. Die ISMA war aus der 1969 gegründeten Association of International Bond Dealers (AIBD) hervorgegangen. Im Juli 2005 schlossen sich ISMA und International Primary Market Association (IPMA) zusammen zur heutigen International Capital Market Association (ICMA).
Das Hauptziel von ISMA bzw. ICMA ist die Selbstregulierung des Kapitalmarktgeschäfts. Dazu verfasst sie global gültige Regeln, Standards und Verhaltensrichtlinien für Handelsgeschäfte. Eine weitere Aufgabe ist die Beratung von Behörden, bezüglich der Aufsicht über den Markt sowie der Einführung neuer Gesetze.
Bekannt wurde die ISMA (bzw. ICMA) durch ihre Zinsberechnungsmethode: Die AIBD-Methode (auch ISMA- oder ICMA-Methode genannt) gehört heute zum finanzmathematischen Standard.
